At Yelki Evi , which draws attention with its modern architecture in Izmir, the retractable joinery systems, facade cladding and glass details integrated into the exterior design were applied with project-specific solutions by DMA Architecture .
These systems, developed with architectural integrity in mind, met the aesthetic and functional needs of the building in a balanced manner.

The SMARTIA systems used in the Yelki House offer custom solutions that meet the building's aesthetic and performance expectations.
The thermally insulated SMARTIA M9660 door-window system provides functionality with its double-opening mechanism suitable for temperate climates, while the SMARTIA S560 lift-and-slide system offers high energy efficiency and comfort across large glass openings.
The project also utilizes the SMARTIA M50 curtain wall system, which meets the requirements of modern architecture, achieving a simple and contemporary appearance on the façade.
