This single-storey villa project located in Urla Kekliktepe aims to create a seamless relationship between interior and exterior spaces.
The transparent surfaces of the main structure opening to the courtyard and the balanced use of natural stone and aluminum cladding created a calm yet impressive spatial experience.
This approach implemented by DMA Architecture enabled the building to create a contemporary language that is compatible with its surroundings.
N.House Project gained the privilege of being featured on prestigious platforms by being published in Elle Decoration Magazine in the June–October 2024 issue.

The project incorporated high thermal insulation and aesthetic sensitivity, employing a variety of sliding and joinery systems.
The SMARTIA S560 lift-and-slide system, ideal for wide openings, provides comfort and energy efficiency, while the modern SMARTIA S350 sliding system offers practical solutions suitable for renovations.
The SMARTIA M9660 PHOS, which maximizes natural light and stands out with its concealed sash design, provides the building with both minimal aesthetics and superior insulation and waterproofing performance.
