Kemalpaşa House is an original villa project designed with a contemporary architectural approach and stands out with its simple and refined lines.
The façade design and joinery system details were meticulously developed by DMA Architecture ; thus, the building gained an architectural identity that combines aesthetics and functionality.
With its wide openings, use of natural materials, and glass joinery systems that bring daylight into the interior with maximum efficiency, Kemalpaşa House is equipped with smart opening and closing solutions that prioritize user comfort.

Kemalpaşa House is equipped with thermally insulated joinery systems developed with project-specific detail solutions.
The SMARTIA M9660 system was chosen for the opening-wing areas, providing a functional use with its high thermal performance and double-opening mechanism, suitable for temperate climates.
The SUPREME S650 PHOS system, notable for its minimal aluminum exposure, was used for the sliding openings. This maintains the continuity between interior and exterior spaces through large glass surfaces, while also supporting the simple architectural style.
