In the Dalyan House project, the design and implementation of the joinery systems for the façade openings were carried out by DMA Architecture with an approach that respected the architectural character of the building.
The selected system solutions worked in harmony with the overall integrity of the structure and contributed to the project through an implementation process focusing on technical performance, functionality and detail sensitivity.

The SMARTIA system solutions used in the Dalyan House project elevate the building's aesthetics and performance.
The M630 PHOS sliding system contributes to comfort and security with its minimalist design, while the M9660 door-window system offers thermal insulation and flexible installation.
The highly energy-efficient SMARTIA M50 curtain wall system was chosen for the building's exterior.
